All you need is a straight drive from tee to green followed by one putt across its flat and level surface. The trick is “straight” and distance.
The tee box has large trees on its left hand side that restrict the width of tee area available for your straight drive so you will probably aim for the green from the right hand side of the box. Your tee shot will cross a public footpath (please make sure that there are no “targets” on it when you drive off) and then a small ditch, about halfway to the green. If you hook the ball (as I does) you may end up in the woods on the left hand side, but if you slice the ball (as my partner does) you may block out the green for your next shot.
The green itself is protected by a bunker to its immediate front right and another along its left hand side. A thick hedge and tall conifers alongside the pathway block an approach from the right. The green really is flat and level although there may be some borrow from left to right depending upon placement of the hole.
