Llanwern overcame stiff opposition from a strong Newport team to win the match 3 – 2 at home. The individual match results were:

Tony Lewis defeated Julian Sansom one hole

Jonathan Davidson lost to Declan Ryan 2&1

Jack Davidson defeated Stuart Westly 3&2 Stuart (previous Club Champion at both Newport and Llanwern).

Richard Taylor lost to Daniel King 3&2 (Richard is 2011 Club Champion).

Gareth Ottewell defeated Andrew Williams 3&2.
